Price Match Policy
We are committed to offering our customers the best value on pool parts and supplies. Our Price Match Policy ensures that you never pay more than you should.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

Same Product – The item must be the exact same brand, model, and manufacturer part number.

Canadian Retailers Only – The competitor must be a Canadian-based retailer authorized to sell the product. Marketplace sellers (Amazon, eBay, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) do not qualify.

In Stock – The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of the price match request.

Advertised Price – The lower price must be published and verifiable (flyer, website listing, or written quotation). Screenshots may be requested for verification.

Exclusions – Price match requests do not apply to:

Clearance, closeout, refurbished, open-box, damaged, or demo products

Membership-only pricing (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club)

Special promotions (flash sales, limited-time coupons, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc.)

Pricing errors or misprints

Bundled offers, free items, or loyalty reward discounts

How to Request a Price Match

Contact us before you place your order or within 7 days of purchase.

Provide the competitor’s advertisement or a link to the product page.

Once verified, we’ll adjust your price or refund the difference.
Additional Terms

Price match requests cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts.

We reserve the right to verify stock and pricing with the competitor before approving a request.
