  Standard Items (Under 30kg):

  - FREE SHIPPING on orders over $250 CAD (before taxes)

  - Orders under $250: Starting at $15

  - Delivery: 3-7 business days (5-12 days to remote areas)

  Oversize/Overweight Items (30-100kg):

  - Special handling required - surcharge applies

  - Shipping charges: $50-$100 based on weight

  - Cannot be combined with free shipping offers

  - Delivery: 5-10 business days

  Freight Items (Over 100kg or oversized):

  - Includes: Complete pool kits, large filters, heavy equipment

  - White glove delivery available

  - Delivery: 7-14 business days after quote approval

 Order Processing

  - Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same business day

  - Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends ship next business day

  - You'll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours

Shipping Insurance & Protection

 

  Automatic Coverage:

  - All orders include basic carrier insurance up to $100

  - Orders over $500 automatically insured for full value (included in

  price)

  Damage Claims:

  - Inspect packages immediately upon delivery

  - Report damage within 48 hours with photos

  - We handle all carrier claims on your behalf

Important Shipping Notes

  Hazardous Materials:

  - Pool chemicals ship via ground only (no air shipping)

  - Some chemicals cannot be shipped to certain remote areas

  - Restrictions apply during extreme weather

  Remote Area Surcharges:

  - Additional fees may apply for:

    - Northern territories

    - Islands (except Vancouver Island)

    - Postal codes starting with specific prefixes

  Delivery Requirements:

  - Someone must be available to receive freight shipments

  - Large items delivered curbside only

  - Inside delivery available for additional fee

Address Corrections

 

  - Incorrect addresses result in $25 correction fee
